Basic skills for writing a scientific paper

Overview

This is an introductory session on how to publish a paper in health science journals. We will go over prepare your manuscript, cover letter, choose your journals, submission, and peer review process.

What I will learn?

• By the end of the session, learners will able to:
  - Recognize how journal article is constructed
  - Describe how to choose your aimed journal and communicate with its editors
  - Illustrate how to respond effectively to reviewers’ comments
