Introduction to research method in medical sciences

Overview

An introductory course on how to conduct medical research. We will go over how to come up with research questions, study design, and proposal writing.

What I will learn?

• By the end of the course, learners will able to:
  - Recognize what is medical research and its components
  - Conducting literature review and organizing references
  - Recognize basic epidemiological designs to assess published papers of clinical nature
  - Relize when each study design is warranted
