Overview

This program provides a comprehensive approach to understanding and applying quality improvement tools in healthcare and operational settings. Participants will explore core quality tools from a theoretical perspective, including their concepts, objectives, methodologies, and appropriate use cases. The program then transitions into a practical, hands-on component using Excel and Minitab, enabling learners to create charts, analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions. The primary aim of the program is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, empowering participants to effectively use quality tools in improvement projects, analyze supporting data, and make informed decisions that enhance performance and quality outcomes.
