The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is an unprecedented global health care crisis. It has affected every health care professional (HCP) all around the world in one way or another. A unique feature of COVID-19 pandemic is the rapid sharing of knowledge and experiences from different parts of the world. Professionals have been sharing data and writing about their unique experiences and strategies to work in these challenging times.
It is important that different kind of experiences be shared to contribute to the global pool of knowledge on COVID-19. While having data and figures is important, during such demanding times any form of experience sharing, and suggestions can help us fight this global pandemic in a better way. At present, most of the data and experience sharing has been published from China, Europe, and the USA. The dynamics of managing COVID-19 and its associated challenges are different for the developing world. It is important that the HCPs based in these countries realize the value of their unique and important experience and share them with the wider world in the form of publications.
