Multidisciplinary Care consists of practitioners and professionals from health care and allied disciplines and sectors that work together to provide holistic, person-centered, and coordinated care and support. In the Medicine Integrated Multidisciplinary Care Conference, we bring together the expertise of different professionals to assess, plan and manage care jointly. The scientific content of the conference will be provided through case presentation, attendees will learn the role of different specialties in managing common diseases in different stages of the diseases.

الأهداف

1- Explore the integrated multidisciplinary care approach that has a fundamental role in the management and prevention of diseases and it's complications.
2- Recognize how to approach and manage common diseases in different stages of the diseases’ course
3- Specialist teams, who provide direct care for patients with complex diseases, will update the attendees about these complex diseases from their specialty's perspective that cannot be met within the skills’ competencies for the general practice team.
4- Apply established evolving knowledge in clinical science for patients care.
