المقدمة
Multidisciplinary Care consists of practitioners and professionals from health care and allied disciplines and sectors that work together to provide holistic, person-centered, and coordinated care and support. In the 2nd Medicine Integrated Multidisciplinary Care Conference, we bring together the expertise of different professionals to assess, plan and manage care jointly. The scientific content of the conference will be provided through case presentation, attendees will learn the role of different specialties in managing common diseases in different stages of the diseases.
