Aerodigestive Disorders in Children

Overview

This lecture is a part of conference"1st Virtual International Pediatric Conference (VIPCo)" , which has been tackled the care of infants, children, and young people that present a unique challenge because they are so different from adults.

What I will learn?

• By the end of the lecture, learners will be able to:
  - Discuss normal process of swallowing
  - Explain airway protective reflexes
  - Identify signs and symptoms of aspiration
  - Discuss evaluation and management of a patient with a swallowing disorder
