What I will learn?

Participants will be able to:
1. Explain the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying hyperthyroidism, including the role of thyroid hormones, autoimmune conditions (such as Graves' disease), and other causes of increased thyroid hormone production.
2. Recognize and describe the common clinical signs and symptoms of hyperthyroidism, such as weight loss, increased heart rate, and anxiety, and differentiate them from other thyroid disorders.
3. Outline evidence-based approaches for the diagnosis and management of hyperthyroidism, including pharmacological treatments, radioactive iodine therapy, and surgical options, while considering the patient's individual needs and potential complications.
