Competence (Specific & Achievable): Compare at least two recent innovations in infant formula with human milk composition and identify their clinical indications during case-based discussions. Performance (Relevant & Time-bound): Apply evidence-based infant feeding recommendations in ≥2 simulated or real clinical scenarios (e.g., allergy, prematurity) within 3 months of completing the activity. Skills (Measurable): Demonstrate improved parental counseling techniques by effectively communicating feeding options and addressing concerns in role-play or assessment scenarios, achieving a minimum competency score of 80%.
