This course considered as an extension for the previous session of the Six Sigma techniques, metrics, and improvement methodologies (the yellow belt). Objectives

The Lean Six Sigma is expected to achieve the following objectives:
• Train the participants as Lean Six Sigma Green Belts
• Impart knowledge of statistical tools and techniques and Mini-tab software to participants
• Enable the participants to do a process improvement project in their organization

Main theme

It is an interactive online course about six hours by two days each day about three hours, encouraging the interaction style between the participants and the speaker.
