When I receive continually negative comments from patients that I saw for the first time about the service I try to empathize and then listen to their health complaints and the expectations that were not previously met and the understanding of there disease or diagnosis then tell them we are in this journey together and that they have to talk to me as we are partners in the management

some times when there is problem with my family first I listen all comments from two side and ask him what the best way to solve it and I collect the ways and start to tell him my way when I told my way I try to soothing etc.
