How to deal with Difficult patient

I was in the ED there was patient complaint of headache I assed the patient and tell her that his chronic headaches not an emergency and I cannot solve her problem in mean time and she had to came back to refer clinic to run more tests and reaching diagnosis she refused and insisted to neurologist immediately, I tried to converse her then her son started yelling on me , I tried to be nice and discusse he not responded . Therefore, I leave it to my supervisor to take care of them .
