Dr. Rachman is a medical graduate of the University of Cape Town.
He completed a PhD in the pathophysiology of beta-cell dysfunction in type
2 diabetes at the University of Oxford, with much of his work done on the
physiological and clinical effects of GLP-1 in the early, pioneering days of
the field.

of Bone and Mineral Research (SEIOMM).
