The Assistive Technology Training Program is a specialized continuing education course that aims to enable rehabilitation and healthcare professionals to develop knowledge and practical skills in the process of providing appropriate assistive technology devices and delivering assistive technology services to people of all ages and types of disabilities. The program is based on the World Health Organization (WHO) training packages and other educational and clinical resources. Specifically, the program will be delivered in both theoretical and practical components, with 16 hours of training over two consecutive days, using a case-based and evidence-based learning approach
