How to attend live events (Zoom / Livestream)

Follow these direct visual steps to join your scheduled live sessions:

Step 1: Open My Education

Hover over your profile name at the top of the homepage to open the user menu, and click on My Education from the dropdown options.

Step 2: Locate Your Live Course

On your Active Learning dashboard, find the course with the "Live Online" badge. If the lecture is currently running, click on the "live Now" button on the same row of the course card (or click the course title).

Step 3: Click the "live Now" Button

Inside the course details page, locate the prominent blue "live Now" button on the sub-tabs and click on it.

Step 4: Join the Live Session

Depending on the event's delivery system, the platform will open one of two streams:

• Via Built-In Livestream: You will be taken directly to the integrated VMA player page. Click the Play button to watch the live broadcast directly on the platform (or interact in the chat workspace on the side).
• Via Zoom Workplace: A browser prompt will appear saying "wants to open this application". Click on Open Zoom Meetings to automatically launch your Zoom Workplace app and join the live webinar session.
